Bank Operations Manager Position Available In Richland, South Carolina

Job Description
A client of insight global is seeing a Bank operations manager. The Bank Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of the bank’s day-to-day operational processes and systems. This leadership role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, enhances operational performance, and drives strategic initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership o Manage and supervise daily banking operations, including account services, transaction processing and back-office o Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy o Identify and mitigate operational risk while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Compensation:

$45/hr to $50/hr + quarterly bonus opportunities
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
