The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in concrete construction management. This role requires the ability to coordinate various aspects of the project, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The Field Supervisor will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate effective communication and project execution. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to plan and execute construction activities effectively. Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure adherence to specifications and quality control measures. Manage subcontractors and labor teams, providing guidance and support as needed. Assist in construction estimating by reviewing plans and specifications for accuracy. Maintain accurate records of project progress, including timelines, materials used, and labor hours. Address any issues or delays promptly to minimize impact on project schedules. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices. Familiarity with construction site operations, safety protocols, and quality control processes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. A background in concrete construction is a plus but not required.
