Responsibilities:

Oversee all FOH operations, including shift management, alcohol compliance, bar inventory, POS troubleshooting, sales reporting, and daily cash handling Hire, train, schedule, and coach FOH team members to maintain strong service flow and guest hospitality during peak service periods Maximize table turnover and revenue by managing the waitlist and hosting strategy, quoting accurate wait times, and prioritizing large parties Contribute to beverage program development, including new drink ideas, seasonal specials, and bar promotions that boost sales and guest satisfaction Enforce health, food safety, and workplace safety standards, ensuring inspection readiness and a clean, compliant dining environment Meet weekly with the Regional Manager to align on performance goals, resolve team issues, and report on operational metrics Promote company culture and lead by example, following established hospitality management protocols and maintaining positive team communication

Qualifications:

1+ year of restaurant management experience (full service preferred) Current ServSafe certification (or willingness to become certified during the 90-day Training & Evaluation Period) Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience Strong leadership and communication skills Experience managing high-volume FOH teams Knowledge of alcohol service laws and bar operations (preferred) Availability to work 55-60 hours/week including evenings, weekends, and holiday
