Key Responsibilities Job Profitability & Execution:

Review jobs for profitability and move them into production.

Scheduling & Coordination:

Communicate with customers and subcontractors to schedule jobs efficiently.

Project Management:

Oversee non-core product jobs, ensuring smooth execution through a separate management process.

Crew & Logistics Management:

Run in-house crews, coordinate repair teams, and manage supply drop-offs.

Subcontractor Recruitment & Accountability:

Find, vet, and hold new subcontractors to high-quality standards.

Payments & Reviews:

Ensure job payments are collected and follow up with customers for reviews. Qualifications Experience in roofing, construction, or home services industry preferred.
