We are the Pet Waste Removal Service of choice and seeking to expand and grow our business with the help or our newly created Operations Manager position. The qualified candidate will have experience with service based business similar to landscaping, enjoy animals, and have the ability to work and manage in an outdoor environment as needed. Work to complete daily route schedules efficiently and effectively while maintaining superior customer service for our existing customers Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company’s goals for growth and profitability. Responsible for franchise communications, marketing initiatives, and growth Supervise staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize operations. Expected to work alongside employee(s) to complete daily tasks as needed Responsible for fleet maintenance, mileage tracking etc. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and feedback from team members. Requirements Proven experience in an operations management role or similar capacity. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Willingness to train with existing employees for minimum 1 month. Service based sales and performance ability needed Love Dogs, the outdoors, and be self motivated 10 year driving record from DMV required prior to interview Willingness to work outdoors under all conditions/Lifting required Must submit to a background check prior to employment Willingness to be hands on and complete daily operations until growth warrants new hires under your direction.
