Operation managers with experience elsewhere are encouraged to apply. Must be fluid on computers, and Aspire software experience a big plus. Job Duties and Primary Responsibilities i.

• Coordinate means and guides with methods for landscape construction in hardscapes, irrigation, and landscape installation.
• Ensures correct work ticket is available to crew leader daily
• Reviews and approves daily time
• Assists in procurement and logistics of material with other management staff
• Coordinates, plans, and schedules with other operations managers in different departments
• Updates delivery schedule, crew schedule, and equipment schedule daily with other management staff
• Ensures scheduled equipment and material is operational, functional, available, and on time
• Ensures crew leader is completing work tickets, issues and tasks, and relaying information
• Work ticket management: o Scheduling o Delivery and logistics o Daily time review o Efficiency o Ticket notes o Crew notes
• Enforces crew leader responsibilities on the project
• Ensures the crew is professional, organized, clean, equipped, and prepared for daily tasks
• Attends all project derived meetings
