Milking Supervisor (#011429) Wateree Farm Operations, Rembert (SUMTER) Level 2 2.9 2.9 out of 5 stars Sumter County, SC Job Responsibilities Under limited supervision of the Assistant Dairy Manager, Responsible for the management of 1,000 cow dairy herd to include milking, breeding, and herd health. Responsible for the supervision and training of an inmate workforce at the dairy. Work hours will vary with other employees to include evenings, days, weekends, and holidays. Must successfully complete four (4) week SCDC Basic Training upon hire. Minimum and Additional Requirements State of South Carolina Minimum Requirements:

A high school diploma and experience in farm management. A bachelor’s degree in agriculture may be substituted for the farm management experience.
