Duties Oversee daily operations of the practice, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and regulations. Manages dental records and ensure they are maintained accurately and securely. Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance and patient satisfaction. Implement and manage Open Dental software to streamline operations. Coordinate with dentist and hygienists to optimize patient flow and service delivery. Develop and enforce office management policies to improve efficiency within the practice. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and resource allocation, to ensure sustainable practice operations. Foster a positive work environment that encourages professional development among staff members. Skills 2+ years of dental management required for consideration. Proficiency in practice management software such as Open Dental is highly desirable. Strong understanding of dental management principles and office management practices. Experience in supervising staff within a dental setting, demonstrating effective leadership abilities. Knowledge of OSHA standards and compliance requirements for healthcare facilities. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and healthcare providers.
