Summary We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cardiology practice. This role is vital in ensuring efficient management of our facilities and supporting our medical staff in delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the office to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency. Supervise administrative staff and coordinate scheduling for physicians and patients. Implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. Handle conflict resolution among staff and address patient concerns effectively. Oversee property maintenance and ensure facilities are well-maintained and safe for patients and staff. Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation as needed. Requirements Proven experience in an administrative or management role within a healthcare setting. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
