Operations Farm Manager Cedar Rock 1326 Warner Bridge Road, Shelbyville, TN 37160 Job Overview We are seeking a Farm Manager to manage and oversee property operations such as but not limited to: animal care, lawn care, basic property maintenance, and cleaning areas of operation. Who Are We? We are a locally owned Hunting Preserve and Shed Manufacturer/Dealer/Mover. During the winter season, we are consistently hosting quail and pheasant hunts with customers around the U.S. . After hunt season drops off, we shift into mini-barn season, building and selling mini-barns to locals and TN residents. We are family oriented and center our operations around God, allowing us to spread the good news to everyone we meet. Being a part of Cedar Rock’s team takes flexibility, responsibility, accountability, grit, as well as a team effort. Responsibilities All general animal care Property Maintenance such as mowing grass, clearing fence rows, cutting and moving down trees, repairing fences, etc. “

FRIDAY LIST

“: Weekly list of property tasks that ensure Cedar Rock is prepared and ready for the coming week, such as checking light bulbs for needed replacement, blowing leaves off of front porch, fill ATV’s with gasoline, clean ATV’s, restock and clean the bird rooms, bird cleaning rooms, etc. Assist Cedar Rock Team Management to fulfill tasks and operate the business effectively. Experience Familiarity with lawn care is required.

Skillset:

weed-eat, mow, cut limbs, lift over 50lbs. Experience with basic tools and equipment is required.

Skillset:

proficient use of hammer, axe, drill (with knowledge to access any bit as-needed), pole-saw, chainsaw, power washer, etc.
