Job Description
Description Leadership and Team Management:
Supervise and lead a team of 15 cleaning staff, providing guidance, training, and support. Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.
Hands-On Cleaning Operations:
Participate actively in cleaning tasks, both interior and exterior, ensuring adherence to company standards. Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of work and compliance with safety regulations.
Administrative Duties:
Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
Cost Management:
Monitor and control operational costs, ensuring budget adherence and cost-effectiveness. Implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce expenses without compromising quality.
Client Relations:
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our services. Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
