As a Reservation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing guest reservations, providing outstanding guest relations, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. Responsibilities The Reservations Specialist is the front-line liason between the clients and the drivers at all points of the trip. The Reservations Specialist will multi-task in a fast pace environment between answering client calls, which involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing real-time updates, and handling email requests. Responsible for keeping the drivers up-to-date on any changes, including flight tracking and maintaining the dispatch screen with current driver statuses. Depending on the shift, the Reservations Specialist must also be responsible for confirming drivers for run assignments for the upcoming days, schedule and preparing trip tickets for those runs. Effective communication and prompt response during calls is crucial and ensuring smooth operations. Reservation Specialists report to the Operations Manager. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills are essential.
