We’re Looking For:

7+ years of field leadership experience in construction, industrial services, or environmental services Industry knowledge of hydrovac, ground protection, equipment rentals, waste services, or utilities Proven ability to build teams, manage operations, and drive business growth Familiarity with regulatory compliance, safety programs, job costing, and KPI tracking Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (preferred)
