- Operations Manager , a full time Non-Civil Service position within the Juvenile Court Clerk’s Office.
The Office of the Juvenile Court Clerk is the official Keeper of Records for the Davidson County Juvenile Court and the anchor entity for a collective impact initiative called the My Brother’s Keeper (MBK) Nashville Partnership. The MBK Nashville Partnership seeks to improve social outcomes for boys and young men from marginalized communities by organizing cross sector groups of partners to transform inefficient, fragmented systems. We are seeking a strategic and innovative leader to build a talented community outreach team; manage several revolving internships and numerous volunteers; collaborate with backbone partners and existing clerk staff; and perform related duties as required to shape and implement this important work. Candidates could come from a variety of backgrounds: a senior leadership role of an educational institution, related nonprofit organization, government agency, private sector or business enterprise. The Director will need to possess the expertise required to lead a collective impact organization focused on convening stakeholders and earn the respect and trust from educators, administrators, community leaders, etc. (both public and private). The Director will need to build consensus among other diverse professional, business, and community stakeholders to be the leading resource for systemic change throughout the community.

Researches, analyzes, interprets and produces financial and narrative reports and/or projections. Studies and verifies accurate financial information. Researches and resolves financial related problems. Carries out special projects as needed. Analyzes and evaluates organizational issues, procedures and practices as needed. Evaluates public policy issues and plans as needed. May perform accounting, auditing, compliance, budgeting, purchasing, investing and other professional functions as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of management or executive experience.
LICENSES REQUIRED
Valid Driver License Candidates with accreditations earned in a foreign institute are encouraged to apply.
