Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and servant-hearted Director of Operations to lead and manage security officer teams while ensuring alignment with Archangel’s core values. The Director will oversee operations across multiple contracts and play a critical role in upholding service excellence and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and support teams of Security Officers across various contracts. Ensure all operations align with company mission, vision, and values. Develop, train, and mentor subordinate leaders and officers. Maintain high standards of operational execution and client satisfaction. Build strong relationships with clients, officers, and company leadership. Ensure officers are respected, supported, and properly trained. Assist in building a strong leadership bench for future company growth. Conduct background checks and performance evaluations as needed. Foster a culture of service, accountability, and personal development.
Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience (preferably in security services, law enforcement, military, or a similar field). Strong understanding of servant leadership principles. Demonstrated ability to live and lead by strong moral and ethical standards. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Prior background in managing dispersed teams preferred. Ability to build relationships and maintain accountability at all organizational levels. Veteran status strongly preferred but not required.
