EXCEPTIONAL

Divisional Manager to lead our Nashville Team, setting us up for continued growth and success! Ability to plan and see the “Big Picture” Lead Safety meetings Handle all problems with division as they arise. Verify fleet follows standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and appearance. Maintain efficiency with field staff to ensure jobs are completed on time. Understand operational strengths and weaknesses of field staff. Be the voice of reason. Effectively manage all aspects of the Division. Ability to follow and execute directives and procedures set forth by Management. Maintain a roster of potential field staff. (For new hire) Assist and complete sale of jobs. Be involved with scheduling of jobs, trucks, manpower, maintenance, and training. Employee reviews. Be involved with billing issues.
