• , you play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our small-site, serving as a source of support and guidance for our dedicated team.

Your mission includes ensuring seamless facility operations, maintaining profitability, and consistently exceeding customer service expectations. You will act as the primary point of contact for both valued customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring contract compliance and resolving concerns with professionalism and care.

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Oversee day-to-day site operations with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement, using data-driven insights for informed decision-making.

+ Act as the main point of contact for customer issues, ensuring service excellence and adherence to contract requirements. + Lead by example with open-minded, authentic leadership—driving efficiency, team satisfaction, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. + Mentor and empower a diverse team through clear guidance, scheduling, and performance support. + Analyze and resolve operational challenges with agility and accountability, maintaining compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). + Manage site inventory efficiently, using data to optimize supply levels and coordinate logistics such as conference room setups and AV equipment. + Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall workflow. + Collaborate with other departments and vendors as needed, offering flexible support and promoting a culture of service excellence.

• Qualifications (Must Have):
• + High school diploma or GED. + Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. + Proficiency in technology and customer-facing environments. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service and team success.
