Maitre D / Closing Supervisor Two Closing Shifts Per Week + Leadership Opportunity We’re looking for a hospitality-driven leader to join our team as a Maitre D and Closing Supervisor . This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, brings a positive attitude to every shift, and understands that leadership starts with emotional intelligence and a calm, steady presence. This is a leadership position on some shifts, earning $25 per hour, and when not working the leadership role, will earn $20-$22 per hour plus a portion of a tip pool.

What You’ll Do:

Greet and guide guests through their experience with warmth and genuine hospitality Support the front-of-house team in delivering seamless, elevated service Supervise and close the restaurant two nights per week, ensuring all systems and spaces are wrapped up with car Communicate with both heart and clarity—building trust and accountability across the team Be a resource and role model for hosts and front-of-house teammates
