As our Operations Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day logistics, support our cleaning and laundry teams, and ensure clients receive top-notch service every time. This is a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves kind of role for someone who’s organized, solutions-focused, and passionate about building a business that makes a difference.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee scheduling, team coordination, and daily operations Manage and support cleaning and laundry staff (hiring, training, performance) Ensure jobs are completed on time and meet quality standards Monitor supplies, tools, and inventory for all services Communicate with clients and respond to any concerns or special requests Help streamline workflows and implement new systems as we grow Assist in developing new service offerings and expansion plans
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in operations, service management, or team leadership (cleaning/laundry a plus) Great communication and organizational skills Leadership style that inspires and supports others Ability to handle scheduling software and basic admin tasks Reliable transportation and flexibility to be in the field when needed Strong work ethic, integrity, and a love for clean spaces!
