Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and grow department leads and supervisors across key operational areas. Execute strategic initiatives that improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and unlock value. Oversee performance metrics, production planning, and department deliverables. Champion continuous improvement — drive process innovation and new capabilities. Own key business reviews and partner with senior leadership on strategic planning. Use data and analytics to measure performance and make impactful decisions.
