Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for continually focusing on maintaining and achieving hotel operations through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction, and developing team members while maintaining the integrity of the company. Ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2+ of supervisory experience in a Marriott or luxury brand setting or hotel environment is ideal. Previous multiple-department supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack) preferred Fluency in

English:

additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are highly desired.
Flexible schedule is required for days, weekends, and holidays.
High energy with effective and influential people skills. Positive attitude and the desire to motivate others.
The ability to prioritize and work on several projects simultaneously should pose a challenge without being overwhelming.
Ability to comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas.
Experience with maintaining a budget and labor controls and costs
