This individual will play a critical role in managing client relationships , recruiting top talent , and driving service excellence . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hotel operations, staffing logistics, and a passion for hospitality. This is a dynamic role combining operations management , recruitment , and business development . Duties Operations & Client Management Oversee day-to-day staffing operations at assigned hotel accounts Recruitment & Talent Management Source, screen, and hire qualified hospitality professionals for a variety of roles Conduct interviews, onboarding, and orientation Ensure proper staffing levels to meet client needs Maintain active pipelines of candidates for key hotel positions Support employee engagement and retention efforts Sales & Business Development Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts Assist in prospecting new hotel clients and preparing proposals Represent the company at property visits, industry events, and client meetings Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives Act as primary point of contact for hotel managers and department heads Monitor team performance and service delivery to ensure client satisfaction Conduct regular site visits, quality audits, and check-ins with clients and associates Resolve operational issues promptly and professionally Qualifications 3+ years of experience in hotel operations, hospitality staffing, or a related field Proven experience in recruitment and/or client-facing roles Strong understanding of hotel departments, especially housekeeping and front office Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel to hotel sites required) Opportunities for professional growth and advancement A collaborative, fast-paced, and supportive work environment The chance to make a meaningful impact in both client satisfaction and team success
