Then read on! Legacy is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee and enhance key operational functions across LPMG and Legacy Services Group . This role requires a highly adaptable professional with expertise in property operations, accounting, HR, and vendor/renovation management . The Senior Support Manager will collaborate with senior leadership to drive efficiency, improve financial performance, and execute strategic initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Support & Strategic Execution Work closely with
LPMG/LSG
Senior Leadership to manage daily operational needs and long-term initiatives. Oversee and coordinate projects across multiple departments to ensure effective execution. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and implement necessary improvements. Support Legacy Services projects, including renovation oversight, vendor relations, and process improvements. Financial Support & Accounting Assistance Assist finance teams, Regional Managers, and Community Directors with financial performance optimization and budget management. Support income collection, delinquency reduction, and financial reporting efforts at the property level. Serve as an internal resource for accounting-related processes and inquiries. Human Resources & Talent Development Assist with HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. Support talent acquisition efforts to strengthen the corporate, regional, and onsite teams. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors, employees, ownership, and key stakeholders. Resident Service & Risk Management Ensure a high standard of resident service and satisfaction, in alignment with LPMG’s mission and values. Identify and implement risk management strategies to mitigate operational and financial risks. Maintain compliance with property management laws and regulations across all business operations. Property Support & Site Audits Travel to properties as needed to provide operational support, cover management gaps, and conduct site audits. Assist with HR and accounting functions across properties. Support properties with delinquency reduction and income collection initiatives. Additional Responsibilities Adapt to evolving business needs and take on additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership. Qualifications Proven experience in property management, operations, or a related leadership role. Strong knowledge of operational processes, financial management, HR best practices, and vendor/renovation oversight . Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel up to 100% or as needed to support properties and corporate operations. Familiarity with property management laws, regulations, and industry trends .
