Description Responsible for managing all day-to-day operations at the RDC. Provide leadership, coaching and training to all personnel while promoting TBC’s core values. Demonstrates strong management quality to drive performance, improve competency and productivity of DC operations. Ensures strong Operational and Inventory controls. Ensures safe & best practices are implemented and executed to drive continuous safety progress. Creates a culture of customer centricity, creativity, courage, commitment, and compliance. This position is responsible to implement best practices at the RDC to include: policies and procedures, people development, inventory management, administrative functions, safety requirements, asset management, and training.

Manage and develop a high-performance team, including hiring, training, and performance management, to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the RDC.
Provide and analyze reporting as needed
Responsible for Employee Engagement and maintain solid employee relations through regular communications and administration of the company’s Human Resource policies.
Utilization, protection and management of company assets.
Collaborate with HR to provide training, coaching and engagement of center personnel Develop depth and improve quality by encouraging cross-training and knowledge sharing.
Assist in staffing and recruitment as needed
Meet RDC operational productivity standards including cost per unit
Operations Development (Methods, Training, Staffing)
Ensuring the RDC is compliant with all Federal and State Laws; Guidelines and Company Policies. Additional Responsibilities Qualifications A 4-year degree in Logistics, Business or other related disciplines is preferred or equivalent experience in a distribution or transportation environment.
Management experience including but not limited to leadership and motivational ability, time management and organizational skills, training, coaching and counseling preferred
Experience working in a RF enabled distribution or warehouse environment
Ability to work well under pressure (conflicting priorities, absenteeism etc.) and handle multiple tasks.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively while bending and twisting and ability to occasionally lift more than 50lbs
Computer experience including Microsoft Office Suite; Warehouse Management Systems
SAP experience a plus.
High level of professional integrity
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights holidays and weekends
24/7 access to cell phone, email and security system in case of an emergency
