We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Traveling Support Manager to support our corporate dining operations across multiple locations. In this role, you’ll serve as a key resource to local teams, stepping in to help launch new accounts, support existing operations, train staff, and drive consistency in service and execution. What You’ll Do:
Travel to various corporate dining sites to provide temporary leadership and operational support. Assist with new account openings, including staff training, setup, and execution. Step in as interim manager during transitions, vacations, or staffing shortages. Support site audits and help implement standard operating procedures to ensure brand consistency. Train and mentor front- and back-of-house teams in service, culinary execution, safety, and compliance. Act as a liaison between corporate leadership and field teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in foodservice management, preferably in corporate dining or contract foodservice. Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems on the fly, and deliver results under pressure. Willingness and availability to travel extensively (air and ground), often with short notice. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; you’re a people person who leads by example. ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). Flexibility, adaptability, and a hands-on, can-do attitude.
