Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Tracks open positions in the nursing programs across campuses. 2. Assist with scheduling applicant interview. 3. Track admission and enrollment nursing data. 4. Complete nursing invoice submissions in AVID. 5. Manages AVID orders, PO’s, check requests etc. 6. Routinely update process maps, contact sheets, schedules, and other informative resources. Assist Director with handbook, SOP manual management and updates. 7. Manage quarterly student appeals to Dean of Nursing 8. Send all notification letters and dismissals or reentry appeal decisions (on behalf of Dean of Nursing) 9. Assist campuses with collating appeal documents. 10. Coordinate and manage the monthly nursing Dean and Director meeting agenda, and minutes and their distribution. 11. Assist with nursing file management. 12. Work collaboratively with Admissions and other institutional departments to coordinate the standard operating procedures of nursing. _______________________________________________ __________________________
