Set expectations and support management in the training of all team members. Coach and mentor managers on how to lead team members, weekly operations meetings, training, and other team-building exercises. Advise management staff on how to coach their team members and effectively handle conflict (Conflict Resolution) Visit assigned stores on a weekly basis, and thoroughly execute Director checklist to ensure quality control. Review store metrics on a daily basis, and train management staff how to study and affect those metrics. Serve as a liaison to various departments within the company and effectively communicate logistical information to: Human Resources, Transportation, Inventory Control, Volunteer Management Team, Corporate Processing Team, etc. Skills & Requirements Demonstrated leadership ability, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Ability to maintain accurate information with a high degree of organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to effectively adapt to change. Demonstrates a positive enthusiastic attitude. Can work independently. Can honor a high sense of confidentiality toward employee and employment matters of all kinds. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
