The Kennel Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of our luxury boarding and daycare facility, ensuring both pets and their owners enjoy a top-tier experience. In this role, you’ll mentor and manage a dedicated team, provide hands-on care to pets, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You’ll interact closely with clients, build strong relationships, and help grow the business through outstanding service and strategic promotion. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment that blends leadership, animal care, and exceptional client service. Attention to detail, collaboration with veterinary staff, and a commitment to excellence are key to upholding the high standards of Animal Care Center of Carters Creek. This is a full-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and flexible availability needed, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Full-time benefits and compensation•:

Compensation:
