  A manufacturing facility near Athens, TN is seeking an experienced Operations Manager.

• $100,000 per year
  shift: First
  work hours: 7 AM
• 4 PM
  education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Coordinate & oversee all day-to-day operational departments to ensure a cohesive workflow.
  Hire/fire department heads and monitor the duties of ensuring alignment to strategic plan and budgets.
  Encourage constant communication between departments by setting expectations for department managers
• empower them and hold them accountable.
  Identify training needs and develop training processes
• ensure these processes are executed.
  Establish quantitative and qualitative metric guidelines & standards by which the company’s efficiency & effectiveness can be evaluated.
  Identify opportunities for improvement to achieve the highest standards.
  Establish routine meetings with all department heads to ensure clear communication, production needs/deadlines and any other issues to assure a smooth
