401(k) 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Dental insurance Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Vision insurance The Inbound and Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for receiving inbound loads and customer pickups are picked and loaded in a timely manner. This position is supervising employees to coordinate all needs in each area. Excellent time management, communication and organizational skills are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

Receives inbound shipments, checks for quantity and quality, rotating stock as needed. Customer Order Pickup – pick and load customer will call orders. Special Orders processing and communication Equipment/Safety -helps to monitor daily check list are performed on trucks, forklifts and other equipment. Provide safety instruction to personnel as needed. Report all work-related injuries immediately. Housekeeping – maintaining a clean and safe lumberyard. Report all customer complaints and daily issues to the Operations Manager. Manage employee hours based on the workload.

Qualifications:

Degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations management, preferably in the lumber or building materials environment. Strong leadership and organizational. Phone etiquette and should be able to work under stressful conditions. Excellent time management and organizational skills Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in warehouse and manufacturing environment. Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Salary will be based on experience.
