Regional Operations Manager 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars Murfreesboro, TN Right at Home is hiring for a Regional Operations Manager to oversee our three offices in the Murfreesboro area! We are a leading provider of home care services to the geriatric population including personal care, companion care and specialty care. Regional Operations Manager will oversee our offices to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and company policies. Regional Operations Manager will plan and implement onboarding for office and field staff. Prioritize responsibilities, daily tasks and key performance indicators in order to achieve company goals for growth in new clients as well as new caregivers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER
Provide leadership, management, and goals to ensure the success of the company. Implement the policies and procedures of the company. Organizes and directs the administrative functions of the office Maintains an ongoing liaison with clients, client families, company employees, and outside contractors. Ensure that all referrals are received in an accurate, detailed manner and are properly handled. Provide intake, in-home assessments and create client Care Plans as needed Perform various supervisory activities for scheduling appropriate caregivers to clients, Telephony processing and other payroll responsibilities as needed and other office coordination duties. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with referral & recruiting sources in the community Confers with departments and review activities and operations to determine changes in programs or operations. Assist with recruiting, associate hiring, orientations, in-services, disciplinary actions as needed. Perform on-call coordinator duties as needed. Employs an adequate number of qualified personnel and ensures an adequate ongoing plan for associate hiring, orientation, evaluation, and discipline. Maintains compliance with applicable laws and regulations and implements corrective action in response to reports or complaints from regulatory agencies, client or client family/representatives. Promotes and represents the company in the community through sales, marketing, and public relation efforts.
EDUCATION / SKILLS / ABILITIES / AVAILABILITY OF REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER
At least one year of successful supervisory or administrative experience in healthcare or at least three years of supervisory or administrative experience in similar industry. Must be available at all times during the hours of operation of the office for emergencies or situations where managerial decisions are needed. Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job. Have a valid driver’s license and use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation.
