The Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-obsessed Cleaning Team Manager to lead and motivate a crew of professional cleaners across multiple short-term rental properties. This isn’t just about cleaning—it’s about upholding an elevated guest experience through precision, accountability, and hospitality. You’ll set the standard, lead by example, and take pride in making every cabin photo-ready and five-star guest approved.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and manage a team of cleaners to ensure properties are guest-ready on time and up to luxury standards Perform quality control inspections and ensure checklists are completed with excellence Assist with hands-on cleaning and staging as needed (especially on high turnover days) Coordinate schedules, supplies, and logistics to maximize team efficiency and meet tight turnover windows Communicate with property managers about issues, damages, or special requests Maintain cleaning equipment and inventory, restocking and reporting supply needs Serve as the point of contact for the cleaning team and ensure professional standards are met across all cabins
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of cleaning or housekeeping experience, preferably in vacation rentals, luxury properties, or hospitality Proven leadership or supervisory experience Eye for detail and obsession with cleanliness, order, and presentation Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursement provided) Tech-savvy enough to use scheduling and property management apps (training provided) Flexible availability including weekends and holidays (our busiest times) Bonus if you: Bilingual- English & Spanish Have experience in short-term rental turnovers Are based locally in Sevier County or surrounding areas Thrive in nature and don’t mind mountain drives or breathtaking views
