Full Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manage Safety policy and procedures and ensure employees are adhering to them
• Manage loading and unloading productivity
• Coordinate work schedule and delegate job tasks accordingly
• Communicate job expectations and responsibilities effectively
• Manage and conduct performance reviews with employees
• Manage quality control of materials
• Ensure employees stay on task and are productive
• Conduct meetings with employees
• Responsible for filing disciplinary paperwork when needed
• Ensure all company policies are being followed and always remain professional
• Oversee project management and strategic planning
• Update the our operations board
