Position Summary:
This position is responsible for overseeing the company’s operating procedures. In addition, responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s logistics operations, including warehousing, distributing, inventory control, to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Essential Functions:
Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, process improvements, and operational excellence. Mentor and grow a leadership team while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and growth. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards related to warehousing and distribution. Monitor budgets, control expenditures, and manage vendor contracts to ensure financial sustainability. Identify and resolve challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Enforce safety protocols, OSHA regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and alignment of overall goals. Track performance metrics such as mis-picks and productivity reports, ensuring compliance with company standards and identifying areas for improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitoring their performance, and negotiating contracts. Participate in and contribute to company initiatives, projects, and committees assigned. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications Experience managing multi-site operations and large teams. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and continuous improvement programs. Experience managing teams of full-time and part-time employees. Demonstrated interest in career advancement and willingness to grow into roles with increasing responsibility Proven experience managing manager and above, with focus on driving operational excellence through layered leadership and accountability. Strong analytical mindset, KPI driven decision making, and ability to translate strategy into execution. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and effectively convey complex or technical information at the executive level. Skills and Abilities Education:
Bachelor’s degree or combination of commensurate work experience and education; master’s degree a plus.
Experience:
Minimum five years of experience in operations, warehouse and logistics management, including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and automated material handling. Three+ years of pharmaceutical distribution management is preferred.
Computer Skills:
Must be proficient in Microsoft suite of products including Excel, Word, and Outlook; must possess the ability to learn and master computer systems used within the company daily.
Other Skills:
Strategic thinking, strong communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, attention to detail, and possess strong management, and leadership skills. Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
