Role:
We’re seeking a tough, no-nonsense leader with proven management experience in the towing or transportation field. This is not a desk-only job — we need someone who can command respect, manage crews, make fast decisions under pressure, and take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all towing and transport operations, dispatch, and field teams Hire, train, manage, and hold staff accountable for performance Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation Handle customer issues and resolve service concerns promptly Drive operational efficiency and productivity Maintain equipment, fleet, and facilities in working order Report directly to ownership and provide regular updates
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in towing or transportation operations Minimum 2 years of management/supervisory experience Strong leadership presence — direct, fair, and able to hold the line Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to manage a team under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of industry regulations, DOT compliance, and dispatch systems Must have or be willing to obtain a CDL Class A license Must be reliable, organized, and hands-on
