Due to continued growth, we are hiring an Operations Administrator at our office in Memphis, TN. As an Operations Administrator, you will be working closely with our Field Operation and Accounting teams to verify the accuracy, and labor cost, for every installation project.

Additional responsibilities include:

Receive all labor sheets from installation team and verify for accuracy. Recognize revenue and percentage of total labor/contract amounts. Confirm all labor sheets have been submitted weekly. Submit all labor sheets, expenses, and daily spreadsheets to the accounting team. Record/track hourly wages, bonus, and schedules for installation crews. Collaborate daily with Internal Operations Manager and Field Operations Manager.

Experience/Requirements:

2+ years of office administration experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software/technology Excellent oral and written communication Speed and accuracy with attention to detail Strong follow-up abilities. Deadline-driven mindset. Critical thinking skills.

Compensation:

Competitive pay: $18.00 per hour plus monthly bonus potential!
