• Lead and oversee daily operations across Lifedoc Health’s clinics, management office, and support services.
• Mentor and manage an amazing team — driving hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, HRSA, and payer regulations, while fostering a culture of quality and safety.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, process improvements, and operational excellence.
• Monitor budgets, control expenditures, and manage vendor contracts to ensure financial sustainability.
• Elevate Lifedoc’s presence through marketing and communications initiatives.
• Use data-driven insights to support continuous quality improvement and organizational growth. What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, ideally within outpatient clinics or FQHC settings.
• Proven skills in team leadership, compliance oversight, budgeting, and strategic execution.
• Strong communicator, organized, and passionate about innovation and impact.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Compensation and Benefits
• Competitive salary range: $85,000 – $105,000 , based on experience.
