Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Operations Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the Division Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our business. The Operations Manager will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, overseeing staff, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Operations Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating daily operations
- Supervise and provide guidance to staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to achieve business goals
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Prepare reports on operational performance and present findings to management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
