• Little Rock, NW Arkansas, West TN, Middle TN IVX Health is seeking an exceptional Area Operations Director (AOD) to lead, inspire, and scale operations across central Southern markets.

In this high-impact role, you’ll drive operational excellence, elevate patient care experiences, and develop a team of strong leaders — all while supporting our mission of redefining specialty care. As the AOD for Area 5, you will oversee operations and support centers in Little Rock, Northwest Arkansas, West Tennessee, and Middle Tennessee. What You Will Do Lead multi-market operational strategy and day-to-day execution across your assigned Area Mentor and develop local leadership teams, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and high performance Partner with clinical and business development leaders to deliver seamless, patient-centered care Monitor market-level P&L performance, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency Oversee new clinic development, expansion planning, and regional renovations in collaboration with senior leadership Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory standards Act as a key relationship-builder with health systems, pharmaceutical partners, and referral sources. What Success Looks Like You consistently meet or exceed operational goals across markets Your teams are engaged, well-supported, and consistently deliver exceptional patient experiences Referral pipelines are growing thanks to strong cross-functional partnerships You bring strategic clarity, structure, and momentum to everything you lead We Are Looking For 8+ years of leadership experience in multi-site healthcare operations A proven track record managing teams, clinic performance, and P&Ls Strong collaboration skills, particularly with physicians, nurses, and care teams A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with an eye for continuous improvement Tech fluency across Microsoft Office and standard healthcare platforms Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Why Join IVX Health At IVX, we’re building something different — and better.
