The team provides excellent attention to detail to ensure nothing is missed. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Operations, located in Franklin, TN. The Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day operational activities, manage and lead the team, develop and implement operational strategies, ensure excellent customer service, and handle budgetary planning. The role also involves analyzing operational performance, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
