Position Summary This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service for policyholders, and driving efficiency within the team. This role involves managing workflows, coaching staff, resolving escalations, and collaborating with other departments to enhance overall service delivery. The supervisor will also monitor key performance metrics, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of policy changes, inquiries, and issue resolutions.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and effective problem-solving.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (claims, underwriting, IT, etc.) to enhance service efficiency.
  • Train and mentor employees, providing feedback and professional development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support system enhancements and process automation initiatives. Required Qualifications
Experience:

at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements. Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and industry best practices. Education
  • High School Diploma preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 – $85,068.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
