You Will:

Own day-to-day operations across production, sales support, admin, scheduling, and fulfillment Design and enforce SOPs that ensure smooth, scalable, and error-free execution across teams Lead and develop high-performance teams— help recruit, train, evaluate, and retain A-players Serve as the integrator between departments—breaking silos, aligning metrics, and keeping everyone rowing in the same direction Implement and refine CRM, ERP, and project management tools to drive visibility and velocity Systematize reporting : KPIs, team scorecards, project timelines, and operational rhythm Work side-by-side with the founder and other department leaders to identify bottlenecks, drive strategic initiatives , and hold the organization to executional excellence Ensure client delivery is world-class—on time, on budget, with zero compromise to quality

Who You Are:

A battle-tested operator —5+ years in ops leadership, preferably in home services, construction, or field-based teams Experience running or scaling $10M-$50M organizations (or business units inside them) Fluent in operational finance —you understand margin, cost controls, and how ops drives P&L A systems thinker —you instinctively build playbooks, dashboards, and processes for repeatability and scale Strong presence— you lead from the front , hold the line, and command respect without ego Data-driven, tech-comfortable, CRM-fluent (experience with AccuLynx, SalesRabbit, or similar a major plus) You’re not here to coast—you want to build , solve hard problems, and help a great brand become unstoppable
