Regional Operations Manager 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 75 Belinda Parkway, Mount Juliet, TN 37122 We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of 4 Hilton, IHG, and Marriot branded hotels in Tennessee. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, achieving revenue and profitability targets, and supporting General Managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Job Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a portfolio of branded properties Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives across the region Provide guidance and support to general managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools to effectively manage their teams Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess the performance of each location Conduct regular visits to each location to assess operations, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices, policies, and procedures across all locations Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth Conduct regular property visits and performance reviews Collaborate with the executive team on strategic initiatives
