Fullfillment Associate Bear Walker Industries Daphne, AL 36526 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, focusing on efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment. This position requires a strong commitment to safety and teamwork, as well as the ability to handle various warehouse tasks effectively. Responsibilities Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper lifting techniques are followed. Engage with the warehouse management system to track inventory levels and order statuses. Assist in shipping and receiving processes, including verifying shipments against packing lists. Use time wisely to full product pack out procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with order picking processes and shipping/receiving protocols is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods is essential. Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
