Order Administrator JAG Aero Solutions Cooper City, FL 33328 JAG Aero Solutions is actively seeking a full-time Order Administrator . This position has a starting rate of $30.00/hour and works office hours from 9 am to 5 pm , Monday-Friday. We are a small women-owned business providing aircraft spares, services, and solutions to customers around the globe. This position is contracted employment ( 1099 ) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing order processing and ensuring that customer requirements are met efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Duties Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the companies Software program Manage customer relationships and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products. Collaborate with in-house logistics teams to track shipments and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation. Maintain accurate records of orders, and shipments in the system. Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers regarding order status, changes, and inquiries. Skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
