Position Summary:

The Logistics & Inventory Fulfillment is an integral part of the Supply Chain-Inventory Optimization team. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the order fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. They support the company’s vision by coordinating with multiple departments to maintain a seamless order cycle, a consistent flow of inbound shipments, improve efficiency, and provide strategic insights that drive decision-making.

PM Major Duties Include:
Order Fulfillment:

Reviews and releases customer orders (Daily and Back orders) in SAP for fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Coordinates with Miami Distribution Center and California 3PL to ensure orders are processed, picked, packed, and shipped according to customer requirements Monitors and manages order status, addressing any issues or delays, and ensuring prompt communication with relevant departments Manages dated orders and optimizes inventory allocations to meet the order required delivery schedule Assists the Inventory Optimization & Logistics Associate Director to identify SKUs that need to be expedited Reserves inventory for specific customer orders, upcoming projects, and special production runs Supports the Inventory Optimization & Logistics Associate Director in managing seasonal demand fluctuations and special promotions

Logistics:

Maintains a smooth flow of container shipments from suppliers overseas to FOH facility or customers directly Oversees the air freight delivery process from initiation to customer notification, including documentation, approval, quote comparison, and tracking Works with custom brokers of each international destination to ensure compliance with regulations at each destination Maintains strong relationships with forwarders, ensure timely documentation for customs clearance, and coordinates delivery to FOH or customers Ad hoc freight quote requests using our network of carrier partners Receives and lands shipments in SAP Manages Shipment ETA dates with the Forwarders to ensure accuracy in

SAP Communication:

Manages internal Order Fulfillment HQ emails. Serves as the primary point of contact for order-related inquiries from Customer Service, Sales, and other internal teams Provides real-time updates to internal teams on order status, shipping details, and any potential delays Collaborates with the Sales and Customer Service teams to manage customer expectations and resolve order-related issues Coordinates with the origin team to gather shipment information necessary for accurate order fulfillment

Reporting & Documentation:

Reviews and updates key reports such as order fulfillment reports, including open order reports, fully committed reports, and OTIF, Dated order planning, and fulfillment plans Maintains records and communication regarding duty drawbacks with our broker Prepares and distributes daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track fulfillment performance and identify areas for improvement Ensures all shipping documentation is accurate and properly filed on a timely basis SAP finance document reconciliation (GRPO, AP Invoice, Landed Cost GL)

Process Improvement:

Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the order fulfillment process Identifies bottlenecks and propose solutions to streamline workflows and reduce order processing times Collaborates with IT and other departments to implement system enhancements and automation in the order fulfillment process

Special Projects & Additional Duties:

Participates in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Inventory Optimization and Logistics Associate Director Supports emergency requests and handles urgent order fulfillment needs as they arise Actively engages in team meetings, providing input and feedback on order fulfillment processes and performance. Records personal daily punches and approves accurate bi-weekly time and attendance records Promotes our FOH® Culture in all interactions

Education, Experience & Computer Skills:

College degree preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of inbound logistics, order fulfillment or related experience Proficient in all Microsoft Applications, Excel Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems Knowledge of

ERP, SAP
