Order Entry/Customer Associate Techpoint International Hialeah, FL 33012 • Hybrid work
Job Summary:
As an Order Entry/Customer Associate at our computer repair service, you will play a key role in managing customer orders, processing service requests, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our technical team.
Responsibilities:
Order Processing & Data Entry:
Accurately enter customer repair orders, service requests, and warranty claims into the system. Verify customer information, device details, and service requirements to prevent errors. Update order statuses and track progress through the repair process.
Customer Service & Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, pricing, and turnaround times. Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and courtesy. Notify customers of repair completion, delays, or additional service needs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$21.84 – $25.96 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week
