Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Order Processor. As an Order Processor, you will be responsible for managing and processing orders, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. This is a vital role in our organization, as it directly impacts customer satisfaction and overall business success.

Duties:

• Process incoming orders and ensure accuracy of order details
• Source and procure materials needed for order fulfillment
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials
• Handle stock inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels
• Collaborate with production planning team to ensure smooth order flow
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate equipment for materials handling
• Dispatch orders for shipping or delivery
• Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and shipments
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in all aspects of order processing

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
• Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
• Familiarity with production planning principles
• Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to learn
