Needed Job Overview :

We’re seeking a sharp and adaptable Forklift Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced distribution environment in Orlando, FL. This is a hands-on role that offers long-term potential and requires flexibility across multiple departments depending on workload demand.

What You’ll Do :

Operate RF scanners for inventory tracking and order fulfillment Wrap, label, palletize, and prepare outbound shipments Assist with inventory management and cycle counts Use WMS (Warehouse Management System) software (a plus) Support various departments when warehouse volume fluctuates Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace Operate a forklift (experience preferred but not required)

Schedule Details :

Start time is currently 8 : 00 AM but may rotate to any time between 8 : 00 AM and 12 : 00 PM Expect 10-hour shifts with 50+ hours per week Must be available for mandatory Saturday shifts as needed

Qualifications :

Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written) Experience using RF scanners and working with WMS systems is a plus Forklift experience is a plus Must be reliable, punctual, and open to cross-training Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand / walk for extended periods
