In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and processing customer orders, ensuring that all information is captured correctly in our systems. Duties Enter customer orders into the system with precision and efficiency. Verify order details and ensure accuracy before processing. Maintain organized records of all orders and related documentation. Utilize Excel for data collection and management, including the use of pivot tables for reporting purposes. Assist in administrative tasks as needed, including filing and clerical duties. Collaborate with other departments to resolve order discrepancies or issues.
